This is an old revision of the document!

Epsilon (Nightshade Thorn designation) is a Cheshire played by pinkgothic.

Ve has no pronoun preference, if you were to ask ver about it. Should some form of pronoun become used amongst humans around Epsilon, this profile will be expanded to include them for reference.

Personality

Epsilon has an interest in human beings and is particularly curious about how they would act if they fully understood what Cheshires are, are capable of, and even are harmed by. Ver playful interactions with humans thus attempt to be educational and some form of helpful, though ve certainly won't lose any sleep over not conveying a teaching properly, or losing ver toy, or distracting ver toy from its realisation by sheer terror.

Ve does not try to impose on ver toys' movements, though ve might pine about the toy's absence if it forever leaves ver territory. Ve prefers just stalking and watching ver toys and then interfering when the situation seems suitably entertaining.

Territorial claim

Epsilon is generally a very unusual Cheshire in that ve is the Cheshire equivalent of 'best friends forever' with Delta. They occupy the same territory by horizontal measure and have simply split it vertically, using the ground as delineation, making express allowances for disturbances of this border (which is an absurdly liberal territorial agreement for Cheshires) - Epsilon is allowed to cause above-ground disturbances and Delta is allowed to 'expand' ver territory by inhaling part of the ground. Nonetheless, they take the boundary very seriously and will under no circumstances chase prey into the others' territory.

Note that not all holes cut into the ground would be considered Delta territory. Basements, wells, subways and tunnels belong to Epsilon. Semi-basement floors (souterrains) are split neatly along the line where the ground would be, meaning their bottom part belongs to Epsilon and the top part to Delta. It's only open pit mines and holes dug into the 'natural' ground (or at the level the 'natural' ground would otherwise be, e.g. inhaling the tarmac of the road is territorial expansion on Delta's part) that count as Delta territory, and everything above where the ground would be in a hypothetical universe where it was unmarred by human interference.
